### **Where Do I Find Tracking Information?**
You can view tracking and status information for all your shipments on the **History** page.
### How to View Tracking
1. Log in to Orange Mailer.
2. Click **History** in the top navigation.
3. Find your shipment in the list.
4. Click the **blue tracking number** to track it directly on the USPS website.
Tracking vs Status Track (IMb)

### Status Track for First Class Letters, Cards & Flats
USPS does **not** offer full tracking on First Class letters, cards, or flats. However, paid subscribers can add an **Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb)** — also called **Status Track** — to their labels.
This barcode is scanned by USPS and provides useful status updates, including:
- When USPS received your item
- Which post office is handling it
- Estimated delivery information
**Note:** The IMb is **not** manually scanned at delivery. You will receive proof of mailing and delivery status updates, but not a confirmed delivery scan.
### How to Check Status Track
1. Go to the **History** page.
2. Find the mailing.
3. Click the **Get Status** button.
4. Wait a few moments for the latest information from USPS.
### Important Notes
- The **Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb)** / Status Track feature is only available on **paid subscription plans**.
- Orange Mailer does not guarantee that every scan will occur.
- Status information comes directly from USPS systems.
- This service is currently offered free to paid subscribers.
