**What Label Sizes Does Orange Mailer Support?**

Orange Mailer currently supports the following label sizes. You can change your default label size in the **Admin** tab under **Label Settings**.

### Available Label Sizes

| **4" x 6"** (Default) | Standard shipping label | Works with most thermal label printers (Zebra, Dymo 4XL, etc.). Best all-around choice. |

| **4" x 4"** | Square label | Does **NOT** support Letters or Postcards. |

| **2" x 7"** | Narrow label | Not recommended for Letters, Cards, or Flats. |

| **4" x 5"** | Medium label | Not recommended for Letters, Cards, or Flats. |

| **6" x 4"** | Postcard / Letter size | Only works with **Predefined Letter** or **Card** + First Class Postage. |

| **7" x 3"** | Envelope size | Designed for printing directly onto envelopes (especially #10). |

Which Size Should You Use?

- We recommend keeping **4" x 6"** as your default unless you have a specific need (such as printing directly on envelopes or postcards).

- Some sizes have restrictions and will only work with certain PreSet options (Letter or Card + First Class).

- For one-time needs, you can usually adjust the size in the print dialog instead of changing your global default.

How to Change Your Default Label Size

1. Go to the **Admin** tab.

2. Click **Label Settings**.

3. Select your preferred size from the dropdown.

4. Save your changes.

Once saved, all future USPS labels will use your new default size (UPS, FedEx, and DHL will continue to use 4x6).
